The Service
SumpShield Lafayette is a free referral service. We connect callers with independent, third party plumbing providers. We are not a plumbing contractor and do not do plumbing work.
Providers Are Independent
Providers are separate businesses. They set their own prices, schedules, warranties and terms, and they are solely responsible for the work they do. Any agreement for work is between you and the provider. We do not guarantee any provider's work, license status, insurance or availability. Please check these yourself before hiring.
Website Content
Content on this site is general information about sump pumps, sewage pumps and drain lines. It is not professional plumbing, electrical, insurance or legal advice. Get advice from a licensed plumber, an electrician, your insurer or a lawyer for your own situation.
Limits of Liability
To the extent the law allows, SumpShield Lafayette is not liable for any loss or damage from the use of this site, the referral service, or work done by any provider.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
